For those who lift weights - what does your shoulder routine look like??

I need some ideas for shoulder day
- dumbbell shoulder press
- shrugs
- reverse butterfly machine
- dumbbell raises (front & side)
What are some other good options?

Grab a 20 lb. curl bar. Raise it eye level, keep it raised and rotate it 90 degrees to each side. I do 3 sets of 12 to each side, so 12 to the R 12 to the L and then hold the curl bar eye level until fail.
We call it driving miss daisy.
If you have a hack squat machine at your gym you can also do presses on it.

Lateral raises but when you get to the top twist your wrists like you are pouring milk out of a jug.

Upright raises are great to interchange with side as front raises.

And a random exorcise.
Sometimes do this thing where I'll lift DBs to my side, move them slowly in front of me and slowly lower it down, then the next one in reverse (start from front)

Squats work everything.
And deadlifts too.

All exercises 5 sets 10 to 15 reps

What ever you do, dont do barbell upright rows.
I'm not a big fan of machines for shoulders, you can replace this with bent over lateral raises or incline lateral raises to hit the posterior muscle.

Flip over tires. Start with bike tires and work your way up to tractor tires.

I take a bar, clean it, and press it over head. I do this a bunch.
I do dips and I flip tires.....you know real man shite not pussy arse lateral raise with a pink dumbbell
