Just moved recently have about an acre stocked pond. The person that lived there before me fished it a lot. Bass seem to only randomly hit a spinnerbait. They wont hit a worm unless you pop them on the head from the cast. Ive tried about 10 different shades. Through a few top waters no luck. Had a few bass pop at the ol bandit. Havent been able to fish at sundown with the lunker lure yet. All the bass seem to be 10 to 12 in pound to two pounds. So I know I need to irradicate some of them. Huge brim.. Ive probably caught ten of em on crank baits. To my knowlege other than bass and brim the have some cats in there. What type of lures does the OB recommend?

Ok, now that I've actually read your post.

Frogs and poppers, Rat-l-traps, buzz bait, and get those bream under control.

Those bass might be locked up if a pond that small is over fished. Baby bass senkos is my go-to for small pond fishing. I would try and pull all the catfish out as well. They can screw up a small pond for fishing IMO.

The smaller the bait the better, sounds like your pond may have too many bass. Beetle spins, road runners, etc.

It sounds like it's a pretty healthy pond to me. Big bream and decent size bass is a good sign. If you want to catch more bass, quit culling them. You will get more bass that aren't hook shy but they will be smaller. With a small pond it's impossible to have lots of big fish that are easy to catch. Your pond can only support so many pounds of fish naturally. Fertilizing and feeding may help.

Eta: also try to remove the catfish. You want the bass to be the only top line predator

Try small brim or shiners if they are locked up. Nothing beats live bait.

First reply about a pond. Does this mean I have to give him a sujestion?

To the OP
Sounds like it may be too much other stuff for the fish to eat besides your lures.
May sound crazy but try & sain a portion of it & see what all you got or throw a stick of dynamite in it & see what comes up

unfortunately, you need to let the weeds/grass kinda grow on the sides. you have to have a place for some of your bait fish to "hide". if not, your fish will never be "hungry" so to speak. if it's not a challenge, your pond will be useless in a few years. this happens all the time to people that continue to "manicure" their pond from all weeds. now....if you want to continue to stock it....by all means make it pretty.
