Just caught a snake at work

In our warehouse.. I think it was a king snake but it kept striking the dip stick that I was controlling it with and kept shaking it's tail like a rattler.. It also kept raising it's head and followed the other guy around with its head even though I was closer.. It was black with spots but had strips across it's back
Also I was pulled over and given a breathalyzer by some cop who was profiling.. I passed thanks for the concern though
