Restaurant help in Baton Rouge

I'm meeting up with a few co workers tonight that are flying in to Baton Rouge. They are Yankees and are wanting to eat local Cajun style food. Any restaurant recs would help, because I'm not local either. They'd like crawfish etc.

I work out on Bluebonnet. Sammy's is a pretty good bet and it's not too far from Siegen. The Chimes East would be good, but it's more of a sandwich/fried seafood place.
Boutins is close, and you may be tempted to go there. DON'T. It's the worst restaurant in Baton Rouge.

Agree don't do Boutins. Do Sammys if they want crawfish.
Louisiana Laginappe is actually really good too but I dont think they do boiled crawfish.
