I recommend Provigil if you need help staying awake during the day for the first few days, and 10mg of Valium to sleep at night. The key is to somehow force yourself to sleep the first week or so, it'll make the next few weeks much, much easier.

Thank ya bub. I've got over 150 hours of college credits and decided to take Calc my last frickin class! I'm 26 and the rest of my class is 19-20.

I know what you mean. I'm 27 and still classified as a junior (I've been out of school a few years now) and I'm starting back in the Fall. I'm sure I'll be the oldest person in the classroom.
