But to Burt's point, Les hasn't actually come out and said that Beckwith WILL start at MLB but he and Chavis have said that he's going to push Welter and play a ton.

Just read an article a few weeks back, sorry I will not be able to provide a LINK. But Chavis was raving about Welter. We will have to deal with him playing a lot for another year.
