Watching Lyn and Ronnie sign off jumbo sports for the last baseball game has me even more pissed about this whole sec network BS. It's just not right to push out local groups like this - I bet nearly every SEC school has their own team getting screwed by this deal.

We've been so spoiled, especially with baseball

There's absolutely no reason to mess with something that worked. CST is the best way to watch LSU baseball

Only for some people. Not all of us live in areas where it is available.

I do wish they had online streaming for people out of state, I'll give you that. But there were ways to make improvements without such a massive overhaul.

I am not a fan of cox cable. Before we moved into an area that doesn't carry it, I had cox at my old house and had nothing but trouble with them. Had the bundle package and at least once a week I had trouble with one if not all. Not to mention, they raise their rates to often. I mean it wasn't like they were constantly making upgrades in my area

L O L

National broadcasters vs local guys who actually have first hand knowledge of the LSU baseball program? CST's broadcasts are the most entertaining way to watch college baseball on TV.

I'm not sure why people act like we'll never be able to watch baseball again.

I respect JH, but I do not enjoy his baseball calls; I think it's time for him to consider hanging it up.

Lyn Rollins, however, is my favorite sports broadcaster.

Yeah, I am with you on this one. I know ESPN will get some big names for their broadcast. I am actually excited for it

ESPN has solid talent for their baseball games. Their A team is top notch.

We won't get near as many games on tv as we are use to. LSU now has to share tv time with 13 other teams

Oh bullshite. CST still found a way to frick up coverage of baseball and basketball. And there was tons of times I'd have to tune to cable channel 16 for some non HD weak arse SEC football. In this day in age, there's no reason every single college sporting event isn't available live with top notch coverage. CST is Mickey Mouse bullshite. It's why the Pelicans dumped them for Fox and it's why LSU should have shitcanned them a long time ago too.

Again, that is only for a select few. As for the rest of us we will get to watch a lot more than we are used too

I don't know if I'd call the share of LSU fans in Louisiana a "select few"

I beg to differ, not everyone in Louisiana gets cox cable or even has the chance because it isn't offered. There are a lot of people with Dish and Direct TV. We had a poll on this very subject on here a couple years back and it was pretty damn even between cox and satellite tv.

CST isn't just on Cox. For example, I live in Cenla and it's on Suddenlink.
