Mine is 27.6.

Measured mine because a place where I'm thinking of applying for a job gives company physicals and has several metrics concerning need for a sleep apnea testing and one of them is BMI above 25.

28. Even if I use my weight from high school when I was in shape, I still score a 25.

If your an average height male you have to be under 165 to not be overweight.

But, I'm fairly muscular for my height - I'm over 45 years old and less than 19% bodyfat.

It can be very misleading. Compute LeBron James' BMI.

I am like 26, but no one would call me fat or even a little overweight. I am 6ft and wear size 34s.

The reason my BMI is higher is b.c my legs are unnaturally short for my height.

its a really shitty measure outside of a quick ratio on whether you should think about losing weight.
