as a direct tv customer for 10 years im thinking about the switch. Mainly because of sec network, also dish has some good deals going on right now. The only thing holding me back is the nfl sunday ticket. What are the pros and cons of switching from those who have? thanks

Wow. If the SEC Network is the main reason you would leave Directv you should probably go ahead and wait until August to leave. Directv will then be carrying the SEC Network and you won't have to leave. You're welcome.

I analyzed both and went with Dish. They were basically the same thing but Dish was way cheaper. I get NFL Redzone for like $11/month as opposed to having to pay $250 for NFL Sunday ticket.

Dish also gave me an iPad for free and the Dish Anywhere app is money.

But I didn't care about all the games Sunday ticket gets you because I get all the Saints games already.
