Can I game on this laptop?

AMD Quad Core A-10 4600M (2.4Ghz)
Radeon HD 7660g
8GB DDR3
Will this run any games at a decent frame rate? If so throw out some titles please. Prefer FPS open to anything that will run smoothly though. Watched a few youtube videos of people with the same setup running Tomb Raider and Black Ops 2, but they were overclocked.
