Husk.
It's really good. Check out the bar in the old slave quarters outside. Pretty sure it's on Queen Street.

Like the options already mentioned. Fig, Husk and Cypress are all top notch. McCradys is another good option. Cru Cafe is not as fancy, but great food

Spent a week there last June. My favorites were:
Husk
McCrady's
Fat Hen in John's Island
Second Tier:
Magnolia's (Shrimp & Grits are good there)
Hank's Seafood
Tatooed Moose (Duck Club with duck fat fries)
Charleston is a great food town. You will want to go back and spend more than 3 days.
