I have caught some big snappers at my camp I refuse to kill them due to how old they are, but I don't care that people do kill them I just can't mKe myself kill a animal that old

If you ever catch one and want to donate it to a Restoration Project that is monitored by LDWF, I recently met a guy from St. Amant and have since donated three to him. Biggest one was only around 40 lbs and the other two were like 7 and 9 lbs. I catch enough common snappers to eat; otherwise, I'd keep them- well, not the ones under 10 lbs.
