Who has experienced the British Virgin Islands?

Particularly Cooper Island
I'm beginning to plan for a trip this fall and I'm intrigued by the BVI. We'll be taking a day trip to Jost Van Dyke from St. John in a few weeks but I think I may want to explore these islands further on a future trip and the Cooper Island Beach Resort may be the first trip.

went to the BVIs many years ago, beautiful
I heard Cooper Island was the inspiration for Cheeseburger in Paradise
probly wrong, but it could have been, there was a restaurant right on the beach that you could only get to by boat

I think that's the Soggy Dollar Bar on Jost. You could only swim in to the bar, hence the name.

Gonna be there in 2 weeks.

Nite 3 over to Jost at Foxys Taboo, after a stop at Great Dog for snorkeling, do the Bubbling pool and Sandy Spit
Nite 4 and 5 at White Bay and soggy Dollar, Take a cab over to Foxy's and Sidneys Peace and Love
Last nite at Normand and the Willy T

Probably no one considering they're all virgins.

Cheeseburger in Paradise is about Pirates Cove in Alabama.

Sounds like an awesome trip. My wife and I were talking about doing something similar last night.
If you happen to be on Jost on May 30th I'll be at the Soggy Dollar and the first Painkiller in on me. I'll be the tall skinny guy wearing an Ohio State hat.

I have been a few times. All trips were on a charter boat. Three couples exploring all of the BVI. Best way to go IMO. By far the best vacation I have been on. Cooper is nice but there are many more equally as nice. Peter island has a five star resort. So many things to do and see in the BVI.
You are in for an incredible vacation especially if you do it by boat and island hop

I think we need to call Mr. Jimmy Buffet and get the answer to this question.

I came very close to swimming across the channel to the BVI just to do it when I went to the USVI after college graduation, but I was too lazy to follow through with it.

It's just the British Islands. Chuck Norris was there.
