Took my little man out fishing this afternoon to a lake around here. On the way to one spot and my son spotted him

Copperhead or juvy moccasin?

Money shot:

So you went to the woods where snakes live, found a snake that wasn't bothering you, and then killed it just for fun?

Weak.

I'd dam sure do the same. I always keep at least one can of wasp & hornet in the boat and poison wasp nests even though they're not bothering me too. Pretty fun.

Today I came across 3 beautiful snakes. First was a black racer. He went uner the steps I was on then started to come up. He turned back down when he saw me.
Later a 4 foot rat snake in the dirt road. He was streached out across my previous tire track. I thought I ran him over. I got out out and he would not move. I touched him with my boot and the flipped around and took off to the trees.
Then on the last road back a nice speckled king snake was in the middle of the dirt road. Again I stopped and just watched him slither off. My doors were off today on thh jeep, so pulling up and watching him slither away was nice.

Same reason I swat mosquitoes and spiders- I don't like them.

So because he doesn't feel like people should kill snakes in their natural habitat, he is a "libtard idiot?" Hahaha, you are such a fairy!

Libtard = having problem with needless killing of an animal? One that isn't very dangerous too (not that it should matter) Good call to OP teaching your son to break the law and kill whatever he wants. Maybe he'll make you proud poaching deer at night and slayin ducks over bait one day.

Copperhead; and I shoot every one I see. The highest I ever jumped was when I almost stepped on a Copperhead during turkey season.

I let Racers, kingsnakes, ratsnakes, etc. live; but I don't want poisonous ones around.

Almost hit a timber rattler crossing a forest service road night fo' last. Made the choice to go around and let him be on his way.

Now if I found him around my yard then he would be dead meat, but in a National forest I let them go about their bidness.
