I'm on rugrat duty for a couple of hours. He just had a Chef Boyardee beef ravioli/ goldfish medley and washed it down with apple juice.

I'm enjoying my first beer of the day trying to get the main tv off of Sesame Street to the draft. He's not hearing that nonsense for some reason.

Black eyed peas, rice and sausage against my will. Had my heart set on going out to eat.

I hate cooking on a Friday night. Especially after teaching 14 year old boys sex ed all day. God I need a drink and to get out of this house!

Marinated pork chops- they are thick so might stuff them
Mashed taters
Got corn and andouille so trying to figure out what to do with that- thinking either part of the stuffing or making a fritter with it, almost hush puppy-esq
