wide receiver in the draft?

If Jordan Matthews or Jarvis Landry are available in the second round would you take one?

Maybe a project type WR with a high ceiling like a Martavis Bryant or L'Damian Washington.

But we're going CB or OL next pick

They're going to get that center if he's still there. If not, who knows, but no way they're taking another receiver.

2nd should be Center or LB

Would prefer a Center, LB, or Corner but wouldn't cry if we took Moncrief.

No, a bigger need would be at Center or Corner.

Absolutely. A lot of people are getting comfortable with our WR situation right now, but what if Colston has to be a cap casualty next offseason? Or what if he drops off even further? Then we're in a similar situation next year. If they love a WR in the second, then they very well may take him. More likely, they get a project guy like Brandon Coleman or a sneaky underrated guy like Kevin Norwood.

Possibly. If not we'll look hard in UDFA and for a veteran that is cut

Not sure we can afford to without a 3rd, but Cooks/Matthews was the only way I wanted to see that go down.
