What is the best itch you have ever had?

By that I mean what was the best you felt after relieving your self of an itch?
Mines was yesterday as I am taking of my jacket I get a fierce itch below my eye. I could not get my hands out of sleeve quick enough, it was 3 and half seconds of torture. When I finally got scratch the spot it was like ecstasy the same feeling you get after finally peeing when you've held it for so long

Poison ivy in a hot shower is glorious...don't even have to touch it for the hot water to make it euphoric.
