Romantic ideas to keep things fresh?

So the past week or two I've been sending her pictures of my nutts. Sometimes one nutt. I try to mix it up. But you can only do so much without hurting yourself. So I'm looking for ideas.
What's something that can let her know I'm thinking of her and somewhat get under her skin at the same time?
