Need Simple Rub for Ribs
Posted by Phattie Jet on 5/8/14 at 11:05 am00
Something with a little spice, but not too spicy so the women can eat it and not complain-I don't need to hear their crap on Mothers Day.

It's hard to screw up a rub for ribs. As long as you've got the basics like brown sugar, garlic powder, black pepper and some chili powder you can add whatever you want. My go to rub has a little bit of allspice in it. I've made rubs with rosemary powder and mustard powder. Can't go wrong starting with either of these:
#9 rub
Memphis dust
