I think it might have something to do with things like injury settlements, but I'm not sure.

First, and foremost, the writer needs to learn a little more about how things work in Baton Rouge when it comes to the Saints. Benson wouldn't have to have "lobbyist" (to my knowledge, Benson doesn't have a hired lobbyist)to move on this issue...he has direct contact with the Governor's Office. If he wants to move legislation, he'd simply call Jindal and the rest would be, as they say, history.
