Started as soon as I woke up and it hasn't let up. The pressure is so intense it's shocking. This is way worse than being hungover.

I've been eating a teaspoon of local honey every morning. Hasn't started helping yet.

Why don't you try some advil sinus or something instead.

You know, actual medicine.

Hippy.

You might want to see your doctor.

Use a nasal spray like SinuX and Muscinex for 3 days. It will open you open and let everything get out which you need to do before it gets worse.

Honey is a preventative measure. It's not a treatment.

I've taken every behind-the-counter sinus medicine and it hasn't helped.

The honey helped the most last summer.

It's time to see an ENT Dr

They'll give a Rx for Flonase, use ocean spray daily, and take Zyrtec.

Stop being a giant pussy.

Experience a spinal headache and get back to me.
