Franks is ranked No. 54 overall in the Top247 for 2016.
So what's the story on this kid? This far out and Shea is already Crystal Balling this kid to LSU. Top 100 QB, top 5 in the state of Florida.

He really likes Cameron and enjoys the thought of him being the priority of the class.

he is one of Cam's main targets. Cam wants him and Franks knows it.
Franks also visited for the spring game and gave very positive reviews.

2016 has to be the GOAT class. Broussard, Franks, Salomon, Joyner, Manvel duo (longshot). just oos guys who are all top 50 prospects.

I saw that Cam really likes him from a NOLA post months back, but I have one question. Why is he labeled a dual threat? When I saw that a couple months ago I thought of Colin Kaepernick or Marcus Mariota with the 6'5 slender frame. What I got after looking at the video was Bryce Petty. He ran like three times the whole video and one was a QB sneak. I've seen scouts label guys like Cornwell and Gentry pro style when they've run for like 500 and 600 yards, but I didn't really see this guy run at all.
