Has an entire series ever been canceled due to weather?

Would they reschedule the whole thing if the weekend is a wash?

If the series is rained out, bama gets to claim another football championship.

It won't be rained out. If I had to guess I would say Saturday night start of game 1 with two 7 inning games on Sunday.

I hope you're right.

I was looking at the forecast and 90% Friday 80% Saturday and Sunday has me a bit concerned. I was just wondering if it ever happened before and what happened.

I vaguely remember there being a provision that if an entire weekend is washed out, the teams are allowed to play two 7-inning games on Monday.

Might no longer be the case, though.

Especially with next week's series all being Thursday-Saturday. No way they'd make Alabama and LSU play on Monday.

I'm willing to bet they play 3 games this weekend. Friday is only like 0.23 inches of rain, and Saturday is fewer,. Louisiana is famous for 1 hour or less afternoon thunderstorms.
