Otis, the duck confit I had at Gautreaus about a year ago is the single best dish I have ever eaten in my life. So simple, but executed beyond perfectly.

The entire meal was nothing short of stunning.

Bodes well for Peche in Best New Restaurant category. Of course the Dean of American Restaurant Critics implied they were secrety serving Tilapia so not sure if it can overcome that. /sarcasm catty font

Go for lunch. Its an easy place to sleep into at lunchtime and smaller crowds with less noise.

Awesome awesome news for the whole city's dining scene.
