Does Chris Bass get paid for CST using his name on their radio commercial?

Dan Borne yells "Chris Bass" on every cox sports tv radio commercial. It gets played 20 times every baseball game. Shouldn't he get paid since its just a regional tv network using his name to advertise?

Drives me nuts...that kid was absolutely terrible and I used to cringe when he came into the game...now we hear his name 20+ times during each baseball game?!?! Could they not have picked a relevant Tiger basketball alum???
