anyone tried replanting a tomato sucker?

I saw a guy on YouTube do it my soaking in water first. I've got tons of them.

My wife put some in water this year and they grew roots...

I just planted them in the row and it makes a new tomato plants.

Tomatoes are great for rootin. Ever notice when branches lay on the ground they tend to root in the joints?
