Boat ( Sold my other one and looking for a used one like this but getting impatient)
SxS ( Have a Rancher but with a wife and 2 kids I need more room)
Truck ( Mine is paid off but getting up there in age, not miles)

There's one year round resident there, a winter caretaker. The only time the springs have company is when a couple small tourist boats stop by. Probably not a couple dozen summer residents of the bay.

Yea out of all those things the horse is the only one that's almost a guarantee. Wife has guilt tripped me since I had one growing up and need to give the kids that experience. I know I'll be the one taking care of it after they have lost interest

man, my buddy had almost that exact boat for sale about 2 months ago. AND, it was right around the corner from you at Lake Rosemound
