Sexual assault, in the technical sense, occurs hundreds of times every weekend in college towns.
Just being less drunk than a person you sleep with can constitute sexual assault. Lying to a women by saying you love her knowing she will then sleep with you is, technically, sexual assault due to the sex being under false pretenses.
The feds trying to limit sexual assault on college campuses would be a gigantic clusterfrick.

I thought of that. But it assumes that there are girls in college who are genuinely scared of being sexually attacked and also believe that Obama will protect them if they vote for him.

Obama can't even prevent people from killing each other in his own hometown, where guns are illegal........how is he going to prevent sexual assault on college campuses?

The fact that there are more women on campus means there will be more "sexual assaults" against women on campus.
