Colonial, French, Plantation, etc.
My favorite has to be when you get a nice mix of the colonial and plantation style homes together.

Sort of like this

Anything but Country French. A mud hat with a grass roof is preferable.

Acadian style with stucco, brick, and wood exterior accents. Big front and rear porch. Plenty of trees/landscaping and a stone driveway.

Agree.

Tha classic look will never go out of style.

It's not the most economical thing to build though.

McMansion on 1/3 of an acre in a neighborhood with an oppresively expensive HOA fee and near a gold course.
