There's a shite ton of youtube videos. Small engine repair is pretty easy DIY. There are only a few things that can go wrong with a lawnmower engine.

Clifford's at Staring and Perkins. Not sure about the house call part. They picked up my mower last time I used them, but that was a few years ago.

I can't figure it out. I'd assume he has someone that maintains his pressure washers that could fix whatever it is. Maybe he took flashback's advice yesterday and had to fire his maintenance guy and now something's broke. Either way, it's obvious I care more about this than I should.
