Short-Mid Term Equity/Fund Recommendations

Account balance will be divided between 3 people. One is eligible to liquidate/withdraw at any time he/she likes, but will probably hold it for a few more years. One is eligible to withdraw in 20 months and will likely do so. One is eligible to withdraw in 4 years and is currently planning to do so.

Current holdings:
CEQP - 7%
CMLP - 5%
XOM - 29%
SPH - 2%
AMCPX - 57%

Any recommendations?

The AMCPX has a serious front load, but has performed fine over time so I'm leaning towards just leaving it. Also, I like some of their holdings.

Can't go wrong with a little XOM I suppose.

However, I don't like the CEQP CMLP and SPH, and I might recommend to sell them and consolidate the proceeds for a 3rd holding. I am thinking something along the lines of VISVX.
