According to my mom, it used to be quite a good place. I'm 39.

I know a homeless guy who lives in the woods off O'Neal Lane, in his 60s, goes by the name Rabbit. Used to work for a moving company but it went out of business and he went broke.

My question is, how exactly is the amount of dead homeless people in St. George "out of control"? This is the first time I've heard of something like this. What am I missing?

Happens all the time. There are homeless people in almost every pocket of woods in and around the city.

No sweat. John Delgado will be along any minute to declare that SG is killing people and that he is suing someone over this.
