What I've learned about race in America over the past week

Is that apparently the two most blatant and egregious examples of racism in the US today are a crazy incoherently rambling old Mormon cowboy from Nevada, who appears to have pretty much no contact or association with any African Americans and a crazy incoherently rambling 80 year old Jewish guy from L.A., who has a half black "girlfriend" and runs a business that pays about 12-13 black guys collectively over 60 million dollars a year.
Seems to me, if this is the two most egregious horrible examples of "racism" we can dredge up, we're not doing too bad on this front, no?

Well, the rancher does ; supposedly, have a black body guard that says he isn't racist, at all. So, I wouldn't call it no associations..And if the 80 years old is screwing this black chick, I would at least say he was a selective racist. Maybe he just jealous old guy...you think? I love the media distractions while important stuff isn't even covered....

Well, yeah. But no. I don't think the guy is a racist. He's dating a black girl, and owns a Basketball team, with a black coach...seriously? I think this 80 year old guy is old and jealous of all the competition around him. He felt a little threatened, and with his age, I can see him lashing out about it. But if the media wants to convict him, they aren't looking at his surroundings very well...

I just think this is the dumbest argument ever when people try to "defend" Sterling as not being racist. All this proves is that he loves money more than he hates blacks.

he jumped in a thread where nobody was defending sterling to announce those who defend sterling are on the wrong side of history 
it was really funny b/c there was a "i support sterling" thread (basically he hates the girl, not loves the racism) on the MSB he could have posted that in, but he didn't.
