Anyone else playing this?
This game is soooo much better than Diablo 3.
The former Diablo lead designer is responsible for this game and it shows. It is incredibly addictive and is what Diablo 3 should have been. There is tons of stuff to do in game and they are even adding raids and more pvp maps.

I played in beta. I liked it enough.

I played it when first release and it was released too early and was not fun. Today it is incredible with unlimited stuff to do. They are always adding new content and having fun events.

Yea I played it when it was first released and thought the same thing. Also as I recall it cost real money to play most of the marvel characters.
Guess I need to give it another try soon

I would say D3 is a much better game than it was 2 years ago, but it appears like the game will forever be limited by the developers. They are afraid to make the drastic changes the game needs to truly shine. RoS was fun for a couple weeks, but I got burned out quick when I saw how difficult it is to find decent legendaries.

I am playing it big time.. Working on my 8th hero to 60 right.. This week is a great week tons of freebies etc. If you need a list of the free codes i can get them for you. Free Random Hero Box , Costume etc

You can get everything in game free or buy it with real money. It is a free to play game set up like league of legends.
Diablo 3 still has maybe half of the content of Marvel Heroes and Marvel is adding raids and more pvp battle grounds in the next couple of months.
Raids are 40% complete.

Marvel Hereoes add stuff every week.. Plus has more stuff you can lvl all heroes or take one and lvl over and over etc.. I cant wait for Raids going to be epic. Still need gear out my spider-man with GoTK etc lol

A friend plays Diablo 3 and was trying to say Diablo had more content. It is not even close how much more there is to do in Marvel.
The replay value has not gone away yet and I have 3 max heroes and 5 half way there.
I will have my 4th max hero this week.
The developers are very active on the forums and are truely passionate about the game. I couldn't believe it at first how active they are with patches and participation on the forums.
This game will be around a long long time.

Just depends on what you like.
I think Marvel Heroes has more content. Diablo 3 is typical Blizzard with much more polish and production value.

I played it when it first came out.
I am not really a fan of "Diablo"-type games, but I like Marvel, so I enjoyed the game the first time through (with Colossus - a ton of fun).
Quit after that, but I just checked on their web page that you can play as Dr. Strange so I might add it back into the rotation to play at some point.

Definitely give it another try. It is extremely polished now days.

really enjoying playing this
playing as hawkeye atm, he's the only hero I have. from what I've read it's best to max out your first character and enjoy playing the game before you worry about getting any other heros. do that and earn up eternity splinters as you play to buy your next character or go the cheaper random character route. seems the random character route is the way to go
eta: only lvl 7 and on act 1, just got through beating doc ock in kingpins warehouse at the blood rose nightclub

Early on Random Hero box are good but first get the main hero you really want..
