A Subway restaurant in Chicago has installed a bulletproof glass screen to keep their employees safe, just as the city's police chief insisting the homicide rate has gone down.
The 24-hour sandwich shop, on the city's south side, has put up a glass barrier around the serving area, including a revolving door hatch for staff to pass food through.
Maybe they should make bullets illegal.

After 45 shootings last weekend, Chicago is off to a great start this week with 10 shootings between Thursday afternoon and the early morning hours of Friday.

Every street corner there should have a bulletproof cubicle.

Im confused, are the criminals throwing bullets at people? Guns are illegal in Chicago, so they can't be using those.

errr, last time I visited LSU (granted it was 20 years ago), the churchs chicken near LSU had bulletproof glass.

I figured if the hair was bulletproof then everything else must be too.

Wouldn't it have been much cheaper to simply affix a" no guns allowed" sticker on the door?!

Guns are illegal there, I imagine the criminals are using slingshots to fire their projectiles.

Baton Rouge used to have a similary protected Domino's on Nicholson Dr. near the W. Garfield intersection. If only guns had been legal in Baton Rouge, they would not have needed this.Obviously wherever guns are legal, expert marksmen do-gooders jump out of nowhere to defend life and property the instant a criminal begins to act.

Nobody I know has hair like that (Well maybe Staten Island).
yes guns are illegal in Chicago but as long as the gun epidemic is allowed to run wild all over in other places, the law is meaningless.

Yeah, the FBI kind of agrees with this actually. You should check out their studies on the matter.

Can't fix stupid. If all the guns brought into Chicago are bought from those lawless surrounding areas, why don't we hear about all the violence and death in the surrounding areas?

LOVE THIS ARGUMENT.
You know what else we should do? Outlaw murder. If only we did that, people would just instantly stop murdering people.
AMIRIGHT?

Yeah.... gun control is stupid. It's not a gun killing, it's a human. If said human did not have a gun to use, he would use something else.
"but he couldn't kill as many"
Wrong. If a person is set on killing a lot of people, that person will figure out how to do that.
Bath, Mi... no gun used. One of the largest killings in the school system.
