Everglades fly fishing report...

I am happy to report that the Mayan cichlids and oscars have returned to the Alligator Alley canals after a 2 year absence. The freeze had all but wiped them out. We caught 35 in about 3 hours...not great but a lot of fun. Water temp was 81 by noon, 83 air temp. Popper and sinker flies. Severe clear. 38 gators, zero snakes.
