I have caught up on the first three episodes and it is really good TV.

I watched the pilot and have the next two episodes on DVR. I like the concept and think the cast is strong. Hope the quality keeps up with the pilot.

Put it this way. I sat down to watch the pilot last night. I had caught a couple of scenes when it first aired thinking it was a movie but quickly realized it was a new show. I decided last night to get back to it and watch the pilot from the beginning. I finished the 3rd episode at 2AM. It was like a good book you couldn't put down.

I've been watching the Ratings. I don't know what's been renewable numbers for AMC. It had 1.4 million viewers last week.
I look because I don't want to invest myself into something that might get cancelled.
With that said, I haven't missed an episode.
Every bit of it has been great and whoever is playing Simcoe has nailed his character. Can't stand that smug frick.
Also, was the CGI at the end of episode 3 one of the worst you've ever seen? I can't believe AMC let that on the air.

With the two guys in the boat? That was pretty funny. Also when they first show New York Island, that was some pretty shitty CGI.
It's provided for a good chuckle, but hasn't really taken away from how good I think the show is.
