I used to hate the idea of hard test so much that's I'd walk from my Chimes St house to the test and never look or stop for traffic. Just walk straight across the roads...the idea that getting hit would give me an excuse to miss the test. Kind of suicidal, but it never 'worked'.

Start out early in the semester, skip an unimportant lecture , then email him explaining that you have problems with recurring migraines and that you want to know what you missed and if you can make up for the lost lesson (obviously not worth anyone's time.) He is then aware of a problem that may arise but you are a proactive person who doesn't want to miss anything. Now you have hangover days whenever you need them. Just be sure to email him when you skip, and talk to him at the follow lecture.

The only thing I got was my senior year of high school my English teacher didn't like me so much. I had a couple absences from breaking my hand playing football. We had a sliding scale that you didn't have to take 9 week exams for certain averages. No absences, low average needed, some absences higher needed, etc.
Anywho, a day before the exam I convinced the principal he should excuse my absences due to my injury being school related. I got all my paperwork in that morning. Told my teacher that I didn't have to take the exam about 5 minutes before she was about to give it to me. She hauled arse up to the admin offices and got the news.
She was pissed. I'm pretty sure that test was specifically designed to frick my world up
