Ahhh, ya it's a genre I guess. Bands like railroad earth, greensky bluegrass, yonder etc.
These guys sound a little on the folk side for my tastes though.

I have listened to the two most recent albums and dig those. However I'm not as fond of the older stuff which is more bluegrass to me.

They are very legit. My favs are Walt Whitman and New Orleans.

Those are the first to jump at first listen. It keeps building though as I listen! I really like the live album they put out last year.

If you have the Palladia channel, the Live at First Avenue special is awesome….It's also probably on youtube.

I have seen all three multiple times as well. The fiddle and flute adds a whole different dynamic to Railroad Earth. Don't get me wrong I love all three but Railroad Earth's sound is a lot different than GB or YMSB.
Arguing with you usually goes no where due to that stubborn brick wall you have so I'll just leave this with an "agree to disagree"

Great band! Love the sound.
