I currently have a Daiwa Coastal, and 2 Falcon Coastal HD's.

I'm looking to purchase a new rod, what does the OB think? I've heard a lot of good things about Fenwick.

I fish mostly for reds/specks....

Any Of These

I have a Mojo Inshore and a Tidemaster that I use a ton. I would have to look at them bc I can remember the exact length & action.

I've got the St. Croix Triumphs for my baitcasters and the Abu Garcia Vendetta for my spinning reels. I like the St. Croix. I will probably change out the Vendettas eventually.

I prefer 7' medium action Falcon HD's for trout and redfish. Use them with casting and spinning set ups. Will be interested to hear from the rest of you regarding your preferences for more expensive rods.

I have a loomis greenwater that is solid. That being said, my favorite rod for plastics/trout was the allstar shrimptail special

I have two of these still going strong after 7-8 years. I can't remember how old they are, but they're the oldest rods that I still use.

The $49.99 All Stars/Castaways from Academy in whichever action I need for whatever I'm fishing for.

I have all stars and castaways but my favorite is the blue h2o express ethos spinning rod from academy. The 6'8" cork handle one. I have a 2500 Sahara with 8lb mono on it and it is IMO the perfect trout set up.

What lengths and actions are popular to run for red/speck rods?

Say I wanted to get 3 (2 casting and 1 spinning)....
