Madison - 44.8%, 4.7K
Claiborne - 34.7%, 4.8K

East Baton Rouge - 20.5%, 88K people
Livingston - 15.2%, 19.8K
Ascension - 12.1%, 13.4K
Jefferson - 16.3%, 69.8K
Orleans - 28.8%, 102K

19.1 % of Los Angeles county is poor. That's 1.9 million people.

Trace the 30%+ down the Mississippi River south from the Memphis area. Many over 40%.

There's a little block smack dab in the middle of Midtown Manhattan that is > 50%. What the hell is that?
