this quote will NEVER grow old.

Congrats on holding on to him. My loyal Tech friends are drooling over your incoming recruiting class, exciting stuff.

I still laugh every time

The recruiting class is nasty. Jacobi Boykins and Dayon Griffin are gonna be stars.

Not to mention Hamilton will be another year older and Appleby will be healthy.

As usual though, it will come down to the big men.

The second that job opens up, I'll be starting a "LA Tech Head Coaching Candidates" thread. That's his dream job.

That's not true, every Tulane fan knows there will not be an opening.

I took Tulane +3 against Hofstra earlier this year and watched the whole game. If there is a hell, I'm convinced it'll be a Tulane basketball game that won't fricking end. The game was a push fwiw

Yep - we could pay him, big conference upgrade, and he spent his formative years in NOLA.
Jump - no
Listen - Yes.

Yes, that's why we need a coach. But our clown AD won't fire him. And, par usual, the coach is close friends with a big donor.
Since Tulane won, it must have been -3.

I always think the coaches from small schools need to think about leaving their school for bigger schools. Cause sometimes it takes 2 to 3 years to get rolling and when you get to bigger conferences you don't have that type of time.

Honestly, I love AK. The winningest coach in school history and did so with absolute dog shite facilities. He's brought in above average talent as well. Hate to break it to you but he'll get at least one year in the new arena, probably two.

Recruiting is different too.
USM for example is an extremely heavy JC team. Can he recruit high school talent?
And then sometimes the mastermind was the assistant, like Mark Few or Brad Stevens or Jim Boeheim .
It's a guess really.
