Jesus they things hurt. I've had 3 going now for 9 days and it might be the worst pain ever.

I saw online where only 20% of people get them. F me I always thought everyone got them. Lucky me

Rinse with salt water, immediate relief.

Had one a while back, extremely miserable.

Call your doc or dentist and get a valtrex scrip called in the the pharmacy.

Everything else is just bull shite and doesn't work. Pop a valtrex at first sign and you'll be amazed.

go to the pharmaccy. ask for a probiotic called Lactinex. Take the recommended dosage (smallish bottle) until it is gone. No more canker sore. It will also stop them from forming if you can feel one coming on

Black elderberry extract is also an excellent natural anti-viral for fighting hsv-1 and the flu, and several other problems.

Try taking some red marine algae. Some people I know swear by it for canker sores.

Also, sorry you got the herp.

Yea I get them pretty often. You should run to the drug store and get some gel that numbs it and provides some relief.

3 in 9 days? That's a lot of canker sores, you cheeky monkey. They aren't STD related, though. So congrats. Your celibacy didn't backfire.

Salt sure feels good on then. Ambesol does too.

Be sure to take in a deep breath before applying.
