Yeah I know, it's more of a hopeful thing.
I agree with what I saw SS, and I'm sure others, posted. Basically call him in and tell him injuries are why he's getting another chance, and that he has 20 games to start next season with a healthy roster to prove that this is a playoff team, or he's out.

None of that matters. Monty's gonna Monty. The simplest way to improve his coaching is to tell Demps he better not sign any journeyman types.

I can sort of understand that thinking, but it does frick over the season ticket holders even more.
