What are the best games so far? Just got one last night and bought madden to go with it. Also I know I'm late to the party but blu ray is awesome.

i didn't like Killzone but I really haven't put in much time with it either. I really liked Black Flag (cheating due to being on all systems) and Knack is really good for picking up and playing for 30 minutes to an hour and not worrying about it again for a day or two.

I have heard that infamous is good but I didn't care for the first one after a couple hours in. I have BF4 and MGS both still in wrappers waiting for some play time but I have been swamped with life.

Another one that you can play a little and have fun with and not worry about dumping tons of time into is Warframe. You can dump a lot of time if you choose but I play it maybe an hour every few weeks and enjoy it.

There really aren't any out yet.

InFamous is supposed to be good, but I'm not a fan of the originals, so I haven't played it.

Killzone had a cookie cutter, subpar campaign, but I haven't played the MP, so no opinion on that either.

There really aren't any good games out yet.

K to answer the op unless knack is amazing there are none I have played them all infamous is pretty but couldn't get into the story. Kill zone was repetitive. And I don't like any of the free games. However watch dogs and the show are coming soon and so is the last of us remastered.

inFamous is incredible. he graphics are stunning for an open world game, especially one released this soon after launch.

Resogun is a legit arcade game, free with PS+ if you've had PS+ when it released. If not it's still worth the full price. Think of it as an updated Defender with trippy effects similar to how GeoWars on 360 had robotron gameplay with trippy graphics.

Kilzone has a fantastic single player mode but has 2 issues that once you recognize it's infinitely more enjoyable. The save points are VERY lengthy, so be prepared to play for a bit before you can save your progress. and secondly learn how to use the objective hints to know where you need to progress to or it's easy to get lost not knowing what to do or where to go.

Any particular reasons why? I just got a PS4, and picked up Killzone with it. Just curious.

I can't speak for him but I didn't like it when I started it either.

I would advace and get to certain areas only to have to replay them over nexttime. I thought my consoles wasnt saving my game saves but later realized the spaces inbetween saves are huge. Be prepared to spend at least an hour to advance to the next objective.

Another is I had no idea where I was going or what I needed to do once I reached the outdoor area. Wondering around aimlessly fighting the same respawned guys over and over trying to figure out where to go or what to was a pisser. You have an option to have the screen show you your objective and where you need to advance to, learn it and use it often and the game becomes fun, without using it you wont like the game nearly as much.

biggest thing was that I got it at the same time as Black Flag and when I didn't care for the controls of Killzone and loved Black Flag, Killzone just got moved to the back of the list.

That's a huge stretch. Half hour at the very, very lost. Just pay attention to when you save and you'll be fine.

How any one can say Killzone wasn't fun as hell is nuts, the graphics were awesome and gameplay was fun. Multiplayer was very fun as well, just didn't have a ton of depth or leveling.

The little arcade games you can get seem fun. Towerfall is one the comes to mind. \
