I'm curious, but it seems like it may be too much to me. I used some smoked chicken for a ChikSalad recently, and the smoke flavor was off-putting to me. I guess I like my CS a bit more mellow to allow the other flavors to shine. Have you done this before? I am guessing you liked it if so, since you are doing it again.

I did a brisket in my crawfish boil one time. put it in there for 30 minutes and then on the grill for 2 hours. was awesome.

I can't imagine a worse way to cook ribs.

Have you ever tried it?

My bro in law lives it spicy so I always cook it when he is around.

I will check it out. Could be my mixture wasn't proper for a smoked chicken. It wasn't bad, but it had a strange, unappealing taste to it. I may have also over smoked them.

The ribs aren't chewy? Have never tried doing this but have to say it doesnt seem like it would be good.

At the St. Louis alumni boil(the weekend before Memorial day on the Saturday) after the dads are all boiled people bring some crazy assed shite to throw into the pots. The people come from all of the schools in the SEC and have a damned good time at it.

About to wrap the ribs and add the chicken thighs and wings. Beautiful day for smoking meats and swilling beer.

So you throw them in the smoker after boiling them? Serious question
