Except maybe for the part about calling 9-1-1 (That seems to be the point where things started going south).

This shite always happens in Cali and NY. Remember a couple years ago when NY's finest opened fire on a fleeing suspect on the street didn't even hit the suspect, but hit like four or five bystanders.
