We stopped at The Oyster House in Orange Beach at 6pm and I still don't know what all occurred. Within 30 minutes, we had eaten an appetizer of char grilled oysters, the boy took his fish plate and threw it on all adjacent patrons, I had 2 beers, our main courses arrived and were immediately dumped into to-go boxes, I was presented a bill for $82 and left an $18 tip, and we were out the door.

My wife had it

They changed up the skillet trout since the last time I was there, so I had to try it again

I'll probably get it next time I'm there on a Friday

Not catholic..

So..

Asian marinated flank steak seared and finished in oven.

Used the drippings for mushrooms and deglazed with red wine.

Buttery cauliflower and carrots.

Roasted herb and garlic butter potatoes.
