Best place to get a cheap Roomba or Neato vacuum?

I am pulling the trigger on one of these suckers for dog hair reasons. I like both and don't really care which I get, I just want a good one that is reasonably priced.
Are refurbished something I can trust?
Is Amazon my best bet?
How much should I be expecting to spend?

I mean, my parents have a Roomba they bought new and it breaks probably 2-3 times a year and they send it back and get a new one.
I don't think you would have that luxury buying refurbished. But maybe they are just unlucky with them.

vacuuming takes 15 minutes tops in my house. Seems like a roomba is a waste.

Check Amazon and see if they have a refurb. Just buy the extended warranty from them and you won't have to worry about.
