A Trent Johnson move?

There's one on the SEC Rant, but I was wondering if anybody outside of that had an opinion.

There were rumors that with his ties to the Wake AD, he might be a candidate for that gig.

This would be a blessing in disguise.

Like I hinted at--similar to Trent Johnson going to TCU.

Tulsa was once becoming the cradle of NCAA basketball coaches. Nolan Richardson, Tubby Smith, Bill Self.

IT ENDS HERE.

Mizzou is a really good hoops job where unachievement has been typical, more often than not. I bet they would have loved Haith to take off sooner knowing Pearl was ready to come back to coaching.

Writing is on the wall for Haith at MU, this coming year is make or break for him. He lost 2 20point scorers, on a team that doesnt shoot well. Upcoming season could be ugly.

Fans never wanted him hired, tried to get Curators to halt the contract. But curators knew how bad that would of looked.

Suitcase Anderson is a money whore and he went home, to Arky. So that was bound to happen, the Arky boosters opened up the wallet

Wonder if Alden persuaded Haith to look around.

Sounds like:

Michael White is a candidate

he has major SEC ties, is touted as being a very good recruiter and has done a hell of a job at la tech.

C'mon, i couldn't take another year of "40 minutes of what the hell was that?"

When it worked it was great, but it worked for 12 minutes out of 40, and Kansas used his system as a layup drill.

Seriously? Michael White?

Gotdammit...another "who?" candidate. When will Mizzou dish out the money for a star like Pearl?

fricking never.

Yeah those were fun times. 40 minutes of "insert punch line" was always a good time. Haith sucks though, so this isn't bad for mizzou IMO. Gotta make a good hire at some point
